Brown Hall is located in the southeast corner of Washington University’s Danforth Campus. Guests should park in the East End Garage. Pull into the garage and take a ticket. However, you will not be charged on the exit.
New this year: Shuttles available upon request from parking garage to the theatre!!
A Note on Parking: There is an elevator in the East End Garage up to Campus towards Brown Hall. If you are coming to campus on Friday evening, you should park in the yellow zone or meters after 5pm (on Forsyth) On Saturdays and Sundays, you can park in yellow and metered zones at all times. After 5pm and on weekends, you may park in the East End Garage (near Brown Hall) for free. Please avoid red parking zones as you may be ticketed.

From South Saint Louis:
Take Forest Park Parkway to Skinker Boulevard. Take a left on Skinker. Go to the first light and take a right (Forsyth Blvd.). Brown Hall is just past the construction sign on Hoyt and Forsyth. Walk up the steps to Brown Hall.
From West County:
Take 40 East to the McCausland Exit. Take a left onto Skinker and continue on Skinker to Forsyth. Turn left onto Forsyth. Brown Hall is just past the construction sign on Hoyt and Forsyth. Walk up the steps to Brown Hall.
From North County:
Take 170 South to Delmar Blvd. Turn left onto Delmar. Once you have passed the Delmar loop, turn Turn right on to Big Bend. Turn left onto Forsyth. You may park in Simon Hall at Forsyth and Wallace and take the shuttle to Brown OR drive down to find parking close to Brown. Brown Hall is just past the construction sign on Hoyt and Forsyth. Walk up the steps to Brown Hall.
Heading east on I-44:
Take I-270 north to US40/I-64 east. Follow directions for heading east on US40/I-64.
Heading north on I-55:
Take I-270 north to US40/I-64 east. Follow directions for heading east on US40/I-64.
Heading south on I-70/I-55:
Take US40/I-64 west. Follow directions for heading west on US40/I-64.
Metro Transit Directions
Washington University in St. Louis’ Danforth Campus is accessible via MetroLink light rail and MetroBus. For quickest access to the Brown School, passengers on the MetroLink should take the Blue Line to Skinker Station. Passengers on the MetroBus can take the #1 Gold Line, #2 Red Line, or Green Line to the Mallinckrodt Center Loop.
