An animator of Ghanaian descent living in New York City, Abdul Ndadi is a graduate from the School of Visual Arts. His film “Orisha’s Journey,” (based on African folklore) has had some success in the festival circuit, screening at various festivals across the globe, including the Hiroshima International Animation Festival, Cairo International Children’s Film Festival, and Festival de Cannes (Short Film Comer). He has also been featured on OkayAfrica Magazine and the Atlanta Black Star and had recent TV interviews with the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC News) and “Divine Speech”. Abdul is currently working as a freelance storyboard artist, animator, and on a personal Graphic Novel.
